Vivian A Earlenbaugh

VIVIAN A. EARLENBAUGH, 87, of Frisco, Texas, formerly of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 3:30 am, Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at The Cottages at Chapel Creek, Frisco, Texas.

She was born to the late Harold and Edith (nee Lehmberg) Alms on October 25, 1931 in Steeleville, Illinois.

She married Robert L. Earlenbaugh on April 7, 1956 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wine Hill, Illinois and shared 55 years of marriage. He preceded her in death on December 17, 2011.

Vivian was a Switchboard Operator and Secretary at General Telephone in Chester. She was a homemaker and a very active member of Bethany Lutheran Church in West Hartford, CT and Shepherd King in West Bloomfield, MI; where she was in the choir, Altar Guild, Director of Children’s Education at Bethany Lutheran Church, Director of Evangelism at Bethany Lutheran Church, and lead bible studies, Vacation Bible School, and small groups at Shepherd King. Vivian was also a very active volunteer, leading intergenerational group activities at the Lutheran Home in Livonia, MI and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2009.
