WILMA MAY McCLOUD , 8 9 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4 : 17 am, Tues day, November 27 , 201 8 at Red Bud Regional Care Center, Red Bud, Illinois .

She was born to the late Carl Leo and Bertha Mae (nee Moore) Kessel on August 25, 1929 in Percy, Illinois .

Wilma married Paul “Sam” McCloud on January 22, 1949 in Chester, Illinois; he preceded her in death on August 22, 1998 .

She worked alongside her husband in the meat department at Nordmeyer’s Store in Chester .

She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Chester, Illinois . Wilma enjoyed going for walks, reading books and swimming.

1 Sister: Minnie Hartenberger                      Red Bud, IL

3 Grandsons: Brian (Jodi) Congiardo, Christopher (Jessica) Congiardo and Nicholas (Tiffany) Congiardo

6 Great Grandchildren: Elseah, Eli, Dax, Amelia, Luka and Conrad Congiardo
