B. Carl Tiller

B. CARL TILLER, 91, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4:50 am, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Saint Francis Medical Center, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

He was born to the late Benjamin R. and Lydia (nee Watkins) Tiller on February 6, 1927 in Calvin, Oklahoma.

He married Barbara Carnahan on November 21, 1951 in Chester, Illinois; she preceded him in death on November 13, 2016.

Carl had worked as a training officer at Menard Correctional Center in Chester.

He was a member of the American Legion Post #487 and the Masonic Lodge #72. He was also a member of the United States Constabulary. Carl enjoyed bowling and loved to take pictures and videos.
