Clifton Bierman

CLIFTON BIERMAN, 96 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville, Missouri.

He was born to Ferdinand and Emma (nee Behnken) Bierman on June 19, 1922 in Steeleville, Illinois.

He married Irma C. Clasen on May 11, 1946 in Paducah, Kentucky. She preceded him in death on January 3, 2013.

Cliff was a retired Security officer at Chester Mental Health Center and a WWII Veteran in the United States Army.

He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, Illinois, a Life Member of the American Legion Alva Courier Post #487 and a Life Member of VFW Post #3553.

Cliff was an avid Cardinal fan and enjoyed fishing.
