DARELL “PUP” LEO SEIBOLD, SR., 75, of Modoc, Illinois, passed away at 7:20 pm, Friday, June 15, 2018 at his residence.
He was born to the late Ardell “Bus” and Evelyn (nee Blow) Seibold on November 29, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri.
Darell married Lola Blair on September 14, 1962 in St. Louis, Missouri; she survives.
He worked at Singer in Red Bud for 25 years. He enjoyed playing euchre and squirrel hunting with his dog Pepper. Darell was a true woodsman who could tell you anything about land and wildlife. He was an avid hunter and conservationist. He could hunt and trap anything, but turkey hunting was his favorite. He took over 60 turkeys throughout three states and was a long-time member of the National Wild Turkey Federation.
He was a member of St. Leo’s Catholic Church in Modoc, Illinois.
