He was born to Chad and Rosemary “Rhodie” (nee Uffelmann) Collins on May 16, 1995 in Normal, Illinois.

C.J. worked at Casey’s General Store in Red Bud, Illinois.

He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Red Bud, Illinois. C.J. enjoyed playing video games on his X-Box and spending time with family and friends.
