David E. Rushing

DAVID E. RUSHING, 74 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4:46 pm, on Friday, April 27, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Illinois.

He was born to Willis and Flora Jane Rushing on October 12, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan.

He was a retired truck driver for Gilster Mary-Lee Corporation.

David was of the Baptist faith.  He was a life member of Eagles Club Aerie #3252 and a long-time member of Moose Lodge #1764.

He is survived by 4 sons and 2 daughters. His son Greg (and his wife Tammy) Rushing were in charge of arrangements.

David had two granddaughters and one great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
