Elaine M. Goetting

ELAINE M. GOETTING, 77, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at St. Anthony’s Medical Center, St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born to the late Fred and Leona (nee Guebert) Buch on October 1, 1940 in Red Bud, Illinois.

She married Glennon E. Goetting on May 17, 1959 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Red Bud (Prairie), Illinois; he preceded her in death on September 26, 2015.

Elaine had been a homemaker and helped on the family farm. In her earlier years, she worked as bookkeeper for Ratz Motor Company in Red Bud, Illinois.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Red Bud (Prairie), Illinois. Elaine was a leader of the Prairie Polka Dot 4H Club. She volunteered at Trinity Lutheran School helping with the morning care and reading with the younger students. Elaine also helped with various things at church.
