Eugenia "Jean" E. Reid

EUGENIA “JEAN” E. REID, 96 , of Rockwood, Illinois, passed away at 6:29 pm, Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Illinois.

She was born to Jesse and Maggie (nee Lorentz) Stanley on February 26, 1922 in Rockwood, Illinois.

She married John Russel “Bissell” Reid on October 8, 1938 in Perryville, Missouri.  He preceded her in death on November 27, 1999.

Jean was an assembler at the International Shoe Factory.

She was a member of the Rockwood Presbyterian Church in Rockwood, Illinois, Royal Neighbors of America, Ladies VFW Auxiliary and Eagles.
