OLGA MARIE (KOOPMAN) ROHRICH, 88, formerly of Chester and Anna , Illinois entered into rest at 11:20 a.m. Sunday, June 4, 2017 at her home in Springdale , Arkansas , under the care of Washington Regional Hospice, Fayetteville , Arkansas .

Olga was born October 19, 1928 in Chester , Illinois to Fred W. and Frieda (Schroeder) Koopman. Olga married Jake (Jacob) Rohrich in 1968.  They made their home in Anna , Illinois .  Jake preceded her in death on October 4, 1978 .

Olga was a member of St. John Lutheran Church , the Lutheran Women's Mission League, and the City Hospital Auxiliary, all of Fayetteville .  She retired in 1988 after 23 years with the State of Illinois , Department of Public Aid in Anna.  Prior to that, she worked at the Chester Herald Tribune for 24 years.  She attended St. John Lutheran School in Chester and graduated from Chester High School .

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Koopman, and a sister, Dorothy Phoenix.

She is survived by a son Jake "Jacob" H. Rohrich (Charlotte); a daughter Helen A. Rohrich; a grandson Jacob M. Rohrich, III (Dallas Hall); a grandson Philip Caron (Kristy); a grandson Joshua M. Rohrich; a granddaughter Jocelyn R. MacKinnon (David); six great-grandchildren:  Baley, Gavin, Tanner, Sophie, Jonah, and Jasper; a niece Jacqueline Watson (Gale); a nephew Larry Phoenix (Ginger); a nephew Jerry Phoenix (Joyce); and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.

A graveside service will be held at St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Chester, IL on Sunday, October 22nd at Noon with Rev. Tim Sims officiatin g.
