GARY L. SCHNEPEL, 65, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Eisenhower Medical Center, Rancho Mirage, California.

He was born to Norman and Fern (nee Stamm) Schnepel on July 23, 1951 in Red Bud, Illinois.

He married Patty Hazlett on March 10, 1973 at St. John Lutheran Church in Red Bud, Illinois; she survives.

In his earlier years, Gary worked with his dad at Norm’s Shell Station in Red Bud.  For the past 44 years, Gary has been in sales working for the Singer Corporation and then for other appliance stores.

He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Red Bud, Illinois.  He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
