TOMMY J. STEPHENS, 65 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 4:03 pm, Sunday, February 19, 2017 at his home in Chester, Illinois.

He was born to the late Milburn and Ruth (nee: Melton) Wells on June 30, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Tommy married Mary Tatum in Cahokia, Illinois.  She preceded him in death on January 4, 2016

He was a Tow Motor Operator at Gilster Mary Lee Corporation.

Tommy was of the Catholic faith.
