WILLIAM “WILD BILL” C. SCHALLER, 81, of Baldwin, Illinois, passed away at 3:32 am, Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at his residence.
He was born to the late Edward and Thelma (nee Davis) Schaller on March 31, 1935 in Belleville, Illinois.
He had been a Coal Miner for 10 years.
He was of Catholic Faith and Army Veteran.
He was a member of the United Mine Workers and Life Member of the N.R.A.
Wild Bill was simple person and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed tinkering around his farm, mowing grass, hunting and fishing. In his younger years, he was a Goose and Duck Guide. He played the harmonica, steel guitar and spoons. He loved to play pool and sing karaoke.
