Charles Walter Morgan, Sr.

CHARLES WALTER MORGAN, SR., 58 , of Walsh, Illinois, passed away at 6:15 pm, Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

He was born to Charles Stephen and Elizabeth Anna (nee: Rodewald) Morgan on November 22, 1957 in East St. Louis, Illinois.

He married Brenda Lee Anderson on June 30, 1978   in East St. Louis, Illinois.  She survives.

Charles was an owner/operator of his own semi.

He was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Steeleville, Illinois and was a former Fireman for Camp Jackson Fire Department in Cahokia, Illinois.  He enjoyed farming, hunting, trucking, blue grass music, gospel music, and playing the guitar and banjo.  He never knew a stranger and always helped anyone he could, but most of all he loved his family.
