Stanley G. Mudd

STANLEY G. MUDD, 62, of Ruma, Illinois, passed away at 10:42 am, Thursday, August 25, 2016 at his residence.

He was born to the late Clyde and Lorena (nee Naeger) Mudd on November 12, 1953 in Red Bud, Illinois.

He married Janet Montroy on June 3, 1978 at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois; she survives.

He had been a coal miner for 30 years and recently retired from the Knight of Columbus as an Insurance Agent after 10 years.

Stanley was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Red Bud, Illinois.  He was a 4th degree Kaskaskia General Assembly #1287 Knights of Columbus. He was in charge of the Khoury League and coached in Ruma for 10 years.  He never missed a game of his kids.  He loved Cardinal baseball, watching hockey and playing golf.  He enjoyed spending time outside, especially in his vineyard.
