Clinton B. Milligan

CLINTON B. MILLIGAN, 69 , of Cutler, Illinois, passed away at 6:15 am, Friday, April 29, 2016 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis. Missouri .

He was born to the late Kenneth and Faye (nee: Eldridge) Milligan on March 25, 1947 in Cutler, Illinois.

He married Tammy Wingerter on September 15, 1984 in Chester, Illinois.  She survives.

Clinton was a retired commercial figurine painter.

He was of the Lutheran faith.
