Rosie M. Usher

ROSIE MARIE USHER, 95 , of Chester , Illinois , passed away at 9:30 am , Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Chester , Illinois .

She was born to the late William and Anna (nee Wegele) Baus on February 24, 1921 in Alexander , Kansas .  She was raised on a Kansas farm but moved to Chester after she was married.

She married Leo J. Usher on July 21, 1944 .  He preceded her in death on December 25, 2009.

Rosie was a Jehovah’s Witness.

She was a loving wife and mother, who worked over 40 years as a nurse.  Her passing is a great loss to us all and she will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.
