Chase K. Monkman

December 29, 1982 - January 13, 2016

CHASE K. MONKMAN, 33 , of Ellis Grove, Illinois, passed away at 6:47 am, Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Illinois.

He was born to Reuben and Linda (nee: Huffman) Monkman on December 29, 1982 in Decatur, Illinois.

He married Chanta Usery on February 26, 2004 in Chester, Illinois.  She survives.

Chase was a heavy equipment operator with Local #318 and a veteran of the US Air Force.

He was a member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Red Bud, Illinois.  He was a Master Mason with Masonic Lodge #427 in Red Bud, IL and a member of the Scottish Rite, Union Laborer Local #42 and Eagles Aerie #597.
