MARY A. STEPHENS, 59 , of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 9:15 am, Monday, January 4, 2016 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Illinois.
She was born to the late Charles and Elizabeth (nee: Hoffman) Tatum on January 10, 1956 in Belleville, Illinois.
She was an assembly worker at TG Missouri.
Mary was of the Catholic faith.
