James Elvis Duvall

JAMES ELVIS DuVALL, 75, of Ellis Grove, IL passed away at 2:35 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2015, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville, IL. He was born to Joseph Raymond and Alice (nee: O'Farrell) DuVall on August 29, 1940 in St. Louis, MO. He married Christine Burns on September 12, 1998 at Pierre Menard's Home near Ellis Grove, IL. She survives. James was a member of the Gun Club - Ft. Du Chartres, La Coureur de Bois from Ft Du Chartres, the American Legion in Prairie du Rocher and he ran a cannon school. He was an Historical Site Interpreter for the State of Illinois History Preservation Agency and a veteran of the US Navy. Survivors: Wife: Christine Duvall Ellis Grove, IL 4 Sons 1 Step-Son: Eli 1 Brother: David (Barney) DuVall Alton, IL 1 Sister: Carol (Don) Reed Arkansas Preceded in death by: Parents and 1 Son It was James' wish to be cremated.
