She was born to the late George Arthur "Bob" and Delores Frances (nee: Garner) Wills on August 24, 1947 in Red Bud, IL. Linda was a retired maintenance clerk II at Menard Correctional Center in Chester, IL. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Chester, IL, the Catholic Council of Women, Eagles Auxiliary, was an avid sports fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Blues and loved to watch her grandchildren play sports.
