EILEEN M. WINTER, 92, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 1:40 am, Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at her residence. She was born to the late Elmer and Sylvia (nee Frazier) Mueller on July 18, 1923 in St. Louis, Missouri. She married Casper C. Winter on June 15, 1960 in St. Louis, Missouri; he preceded her in death on October 21, 1985. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, Illinois, Chester Library Reading Club, Red Hat's Society, LWML, Woman's Club, Randolph County Historical Society and she was Bible Study Leader at the church.
