ELSIE WILMA SPINNER, 86, of Chester, IL passed away at 9:50 pm on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester, IL. She was born to the late Ray Edward and Elsie Hart (nee: Lindsey) Gilkey on August 6, 1928 in Princeton, KY. She married Isaac Everett Spinner on August 7, 1948 in Morganfield, KY. He preceded her in death on October 25, 2014. Wilma was a Homemaker. She was an Undenominational Christian. Wilma was a graduate of Butler High Scholl - class of 1946. She was a member of AARP and Farm Bureau.
