MARGARET MELVINA FADLER, 95, a lifelong resident of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, passed away at 7:33 am, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois. She was born to the late William and Elizabeth (nee Shea) Heizer on November 8, 1919 in Prairie du Rocher, Illinois. She married Charles Andrew Fadler on November 20, 1937 in Prairie du Rocher, Illinois; he preceded her in death on January 29, 2003. Margaret was an avid seamstress and quilter. She loved to cook for her family and friends which she did often and was always ready for a good game of cards. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Prairie du Rocher, Illinois all of her life. Besides being a homemaker, she worked at the International Shoe Factory and then the Ruma Convent.
