She was born to the late Norlyn F. and Kathryn Ruth (nee: Schrader) Schnoeker on March 22, 1960 in Red Bud, IL. She married Arthur C. Roscow on April 15, 1991 in Nashville, IL. He survives. Stacey was a Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics. She attended Faith Church in Sunset Hills, MO. Survivors: Husband: Arthur C.
