He was born to William L. and Maryann (nee Braun) Taylor on March 23, 1956 in Red Bud, Illinois. He worked at Ellner Terrace in Evansville, Illinois as a Maintenance Worker. He was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church in Evansville, Illinois and the Rod & Gun Club in Schuline, Illinois.
