EVANGELINE "VANGIE" H. OTTEN, 71, of Evansville, IL, passed away at 5:21 am, Monday, May 4, 2015 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL. She was born to Gervis F. and Edna I. (nee: Runge) Louveau on February 27, 1944 in Evansville, IL. She married Lee John Otten on August 4, 1984 in Evansville, IL. He preceded her in death on May 21, 2014. Evangeline was a teller and loan officer for the Bank of Evansville for more than 20 years. She was a member of St. John United Church of Christ in Evansville, IL.
