ROBERT L. ROHLFING, 67, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 5:35 am, Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at his residence. He was born to the late Theodore and Bernice (nee Schrieber) Rohlfing on April 9, 1947 in Red Bud, Illinois. He married Jane Gerber on September 11, 1971 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Wartburg, Illinois; she survives. He was a farmer and a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, (Prairie) Red Bud, Illinois, Randolph County Farm Bureau, V.F.W. Post # 6632 in Red Bud, Illinois and Local #520 in Edwardsville, Illinois. He had a passion for reading. He was a Vietnam Conflict Army Veteran.
