She was born to the late Edward and Wilma (nee: Releford) Roche on January 28, 1963, in Red Bud, IL. Sheila married Oliver Garris May 2, 1992 in Crosstown, MO. He survives. She was a line operator at Gilster Mary Lee. Sheila was of the Baptist faith.
