RUBY I. FULFORD, 88, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 10:57 am on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester, IL. She was born to the late Martin and Clara (nee: Rodewald) Bogenpohl on December 9, 1925 in Jacob, IL. She married Arthur L. Fulford on January 6, 1945 in Steeleville, IL. He preceded her in death on June 30, 1994. Ruby was a homemaker. In her earlier years she worked at the International Shoe Company and was a bookkeeper and secretary of the family business until her retirement. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester and the L.W.M.L. She was also a member of the Chester Eagles Auxiliary and Mississippi Saints Kitchen Band.
