ISAAC EVERETT SPINNER, 91, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 7:55 am, Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, Illinois. He was born to the late Everett Lee and Nina (nee: Tindall) Spinner on February 19, 1923 in Madison, Illinois. He married Elsie Wilma Gilkey on August 7, 1948 in Morganfield, KY. She survives. He was a farmer and construction laborer. He was an Undenominational Christian. He was a member of AARP, Farm Bureau and the Laborers Union.
