BRET L. CHANDLER, 38, of Chester, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2014 as result of injuries sustained in a Jeep accident, along with his wife, Toree, in Perry County, Missouri. He was born to James and Anita (nee Bendorf) Chandler on October 25, 1975 in Chester, Illinois. He married Toree Nortin on September 4, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a Correctional Officer at Menard Correctional Center, Chester, Illinois. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Chester, Illinois. He was a 1994 Chester High School Graduate. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed listening to music, playing the drums and working on cars. He was an avid Cardinal baseball fan and Colt football fan.
