TOREE M. CHANDLER, 33, of Chester, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, July 19, 2014 as result of injuries sustained in a Jeep accident, along with her husband, Bret, in Perry County, Missouri. She was born to Michael Seabourn and Sheree Nortin on June 13, 1981 in Red Bud, Illinois. She married Bret Chandler on September 4, 2005 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was an Office Assistant at Menard Correctional Center in Chester, Illinois. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Chester, Illinois. She was a 1999 Chester High School Graduate. She was a pending member of the Daughter American Revolution. She loved spending time with her family and having Bar-b-que. She enjoyed music and taking pictures. She was an avid Cardinal baseball fan.
