ROY CHARLES EVANS, 82, of Chester, IL, passed away at 9:05 am on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. He was born to Elmer James "Jim" and Lorraine (nee: Stiler) Evans on December 09, 1931 in Perryville, MO. He married Katherine Marie Figiel on February 14, 1985 in Perryville, MO. She preceded him in death on July 20, 2004. He was of the Lutheran faith. Roy was a retired custodian at the Post Office and retired from Chrysler Plymouth.
