RANDY WARREN BEITEL, 62, of Ruma, Illinois, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Red Bud Regional Hospital, Red Bud, Illinois. He was born to Warren Lyle and Evelyn Mae (nee McCart) Beitel on March 15, 1952 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He married Peggy Eggemeyer on March 15, 1989 in Kansas City, Missouri; she survives. He was a retired electrician for the IBEW Local #322 and owner of the Ruma Mill. He was a member of Masonic Lodge #12 in Rock Springs, Wyoming, the Monroe County Liquor Association and District Vice President of the ILBA Chapter #41.
