THOMAS B. VENABLE, 83, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 6:16 am, Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at The Manor at Craig Farms. He was born to the late Edward Joseph and Mary Wilhelmina (nee VanVooren) Venable on February 8, 1931 in Flora, Illinois. During his childhood, Thomas was raised by Amelia and James Kerkhover in Rockwood, Illinois. He had worked as a Laborer and was a member of United Rubber, Cork, Linoleum & Plastic Workers of American Local #42. He was of the Catholic Faith and a Korean Conflict Army Veteran.
