DOROTHEA "DOTTIE" JUNE WITBART, 88, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 1:30 am on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Chester Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL. She was born to the late Victor J. and Anna M. (nee: Spitz) Veath on October 24, 1925 in Chester, IL. She married Allan Witbart on April 23, 1949 at St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, IL. He survives. Dottie was a part owner and manager of Chester Paint & Fabric until 1997. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Chester, IL since she was baptized. She was a member of L.W.M.L. at St. John, the American Legion Auxiliary, Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, the Red Hat Ladies, several Bridge Clubs and a Charter member of Chester Country.
