BRENDA JOYCE MOORE, 65, of Marissa, formerly of Evansville, IL, passed away at 7:55 am, Thursday, February 27, 2014 at her home in Marissa, IL. Brenda was born to Charles and Irene (nee: Maynard) Russom on March 2, 1948 in Arkansas. She married Jerry B. Moore on September 27, 1985, in Corning Arkansas. He preceded her in death on March 29, 2010. Brenda was a rehabilitation technician in healthcare. She was of the Christian faith. Survivors: 5 Children: Vicki Griffith Georgia Jamie (Michael) Heinen Evansville, IL Laura (David) Kissiar Tilden, IL Daniel Moore (Misty Knapp) Marissa, IL Destiny McConnell (Phillip Baker) Marissa, IL 4 Siblings: Lee Russom Arkansas Louise Tisdal Arkansas Kimberly Russom Arkansas Donita (Bill) Asher Winston, MO Close Friend: Jim Taylor Tilden, IL 13 Grandchildren 3 Great Grandchildren Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends Preceded in death by: Parents, Husband - Jerry B. Moore, Sister - Linda Russom and Daughter - Tiffany McConnell It was Brenda's wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Welge-Pechacek Funeral Home in Evansville, IL.
