She was born to the late Toy and Doris (nee Apthrope) Overby on February 19, 1953 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She married David E. Radford on July 13, 1996 in Keyesport, Illinois; he survives. She was a homemaker and an avid Head Tagger on the internet. She was of the Lutheran Faith. Survivors: Husband David Radford Red Bud, IL 2 Sons Toby (Ivett) Lillard Clarksville, TN Jimmy (Jennifer) Lillard Red Bud, IL 6 Grandchildren Daniel Lee, Gabriel, Shelby, Kaylee, Weston & Jimmy Preceded in death by Parents and 1st Husband - Don Lillard, who passed away in 1986.
