She was born to the late John and Adeline (nee Feldhaus) Huetsch on July 10, 1932 in East St. Louis, Illinois. She married Leroy Guebert on November 18, 1950 in Red Bud, Illinois; he survives. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Red Bud, Illinois, the Evening Guild and the VFW Auxiliary in Red Bud.
