She was born to the late Leo and Mary (nee Czajkowski) Zgonina on August 30, 1933 in Radom, IL. Maxine was married to Dean Lochhead on September 25, 1954 at St. Louis, MO. He survives. She was a Homemaker. Maxine was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Chester Illinois and the Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality.
