Harvey "Bud" A. Cowell

HARVEY A. "BUD" COWELL, 66, of Red Bud, Illinois, passed away at 3:25 am, Saturday, January 11, 2014 at his residence. He was born to the late Harvey A. and Genevieve (nee Raffl) Cowell on July 4, 1947 in Red Bud, Illinois. He married Adele Saliba on December 1, 1968 in Glendale, Arizona; she survives. He had been a Fireman for the Jenning's Fire Department for 10 years. He then went to work for Dynergy for 32 years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church since 1981. He was also a member of the Knight of Columbus #12152 in Red Bud and Local #51 in Springfield. He also served as a volunteer fireman for the Red Bud Fire Department for many years. He was an avid boater and avid motorcyclist. He was also an Air Force Veteran.
