She was born to Thomas and Nellie (nee: Rodney) Milligan on November 12, 1913 in Fort Gage, IL. She married Roman S. Klein on November 24, 1932 in Chester, IL. He preceded her in death on October 2, 2004. Dorothy was Housewife. She was a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church in Chester, IL.
