VICTORIA KEENER, 69, of Chester, IL, passed away at 3:44 am on Wenesday, November 6, 2013 at her home in Chester, IL. She was born to Tommy Dorsey and Jennie C. (nee: Taul-Wheeler) Melton on October 18, 1944 in Louisville, KY. She married Omer Paul Keener on March 18, 1964 in Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 16, 1999. Victoria worked in dietary at St. Ann's Healthcare Center. She was a member of the First Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Chester, IL Survivors: 5 Daughters: Monique Keener Chester, IL Priscilla Keener Chester, IL Tammy Selle Chester, IL Susan (David) West Olive Branch, MS Janie Hickam Alto Pass, IL 2 Siblings: Velice Holmes Calhoun, FL Viviene Bussey Marysville, IN Preceded in death by: Parents, Husband - Omer Keener, 1 Brother Dorsey Alvin Melton and 1 Sister - Priscilla Vale Hall It was Victoria's wish to be cremated A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
