CLIFFORD R. "CHIP" WINGERTER, 80, of Chester, Illinois, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Des Peres Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri He was born to Jess and Rosalie (nee: Moore) Wingerter on October 26, 1932 in Rockwood, IL. He married Betty J. Murray on March 30, 1951 in Chester, IL. She survives. He was a retired Dietary Supervisor for Menard Correctional Center. He was a member of The First Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Chester, Illinois. He was also a member of the Chester Eagles.
