NORMAN H. "BOOG-A-LOO" MELLIERE, 74, of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, passed away at 7:35 pm, Friday, October 11, 2013 at the Red Bud Regional Care, Red Bud, Illinois. He was born to the late Henry and Rose (nee Fausz) Melliere on July 24, 1939 in Prairie du Rocher, Illinois. He married Mary Rickert on January 21, 1960 in Madonnaville, Illinois; she survives. He had been a Meat Cutter for various places in St. Louis and Prairie du Rocher. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Prairie du Rocher, Illinois and the Fort de Chartres Sportsman Club in Modoc, Illinois. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved his pets.
