PAMELA R. FRAZER, 58, of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 10:41 am, Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at her residence. She was born to Norman M. and Gladys (nee Zang) Howie on August 22, 1954 in Joliet, Illinois. She married Terry Frazer on April 6, 1973 in Chester, Illinois; he survives. She had sold Real Estate for Birchler Real Estate and she also had worked at Head Start. She was a member of the Greyhound Pets of America in Cape Girardeau, MO; Eagles Club Aerie #3252 in Chester and Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group. She had played Softball in the Rainbow League and Volleyball on the Over the Hill Club.
