ROSALIE WINGERTER, 97 of Chester, Illinois, passed away at 2:15 am, Sunday, June 2, 2013 at Memorial Hospital, Chester, Illinois. Rosalie was born to the late William and Grace (nee Martin) Moore on June 1, 1916 at Rockwood, Illinois. She married Jess Wingerter on March 26, 1932 at Rockwood, Illinois; he preceded her in death on March 7, 1996. Rosalie was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church, Chester, Illinois and was member of the Royal Neighbors.
