BETTY McDANIEL, 81 of Du Quoin, Illinois, formerly of Chester, Illinois passed away at 9:15 pm Friday, May 31, 2013 at Fair Acres Nursing Home, Du Quoin, Illinois. Betty was born to the late Ira and Emma (nee Crowder) Rice on March 20, 1932, at Chester, Illinois. She married William R. McDaniel, Sr. on September 27, 1963, at Pinckneyville, Illinois; he survives. Betty was a retired LPN and had worked at Chester Memorial Hospital and Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester, Illinois. She was of the Protestant Faith Survivors: Husband William R. McDaniel, Sr. Du Quoin, IL 3 Children James M. (Carolyn) Garris, Jr. Pasadena. TX Kathy (Brian) Valentine Tamaroa, IL William R.
