ALBERTA RUTH FRANKLIN, 86, of Modoc, Illinois, passed away at 5:20 pm, Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home, Chester, Illinois. She was born to the late Albert J. and Clara Ruth (nee Phegley) Pautler on April 20, 1927 in Modoc, Illinois. Ruth married Louis J. Franklin on May 25, 1946 at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Modoc, Illinois; he preceded her in death on October 10, 1983. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Leo's Catholic Church in Modoc, Illinois and St. Leo's Altar Sodality. Survivors: 3 Children Brian (Brenda) Franklin Modoc, IL Julie A.
